Over the years she has formalized her love of cooking with courses at Le Cordon Bleu in both Paris and Ottawa, as well as training from various cooking schools from across Canada. 

Jordan specializes in a personal approach to the client's catering needs. Keeping food fresh, flavourful and seasonal she can accommodate food preferences and allergies so that all guests can enjoy a delicious meal. She also takes great interest in cuisines from around the world such as French,Thai and Indian. 

Whether the client is hosting a baby or wedding shower, an anniversary dinner or a corporate party, she is capable of creating gourmet meals for 2, outstanding dinner parties for 8, appetizers and desserts for 20 or fresh and delicious meals for up to 50 served in an elegant buffet.
