About last night... so fun when we can do something creative! These individual tasting plates were part of a wine/beer pairing first course for the @urbanhearth staff party.
They featured smoked salmon blinis, mushroom and goats cheese triangles, lamb meatballs, sesame, soy & pistachio popcorn and house made chicken liver pâté. So much fun to cook and to serve (and hopefully to eat!). #perthontario#picnicperth #catering #christmasparties
